The first Sunday in July the kids did the special in church. They sang some songs and quoted some scripture verses. It is such a joy to Stephen and I to get to teach them God's word and to know that it will not return void. They learn things so fast and keepng up with them can sometimes be difficult. But what a great challenge to have, as a parent, to stay just ahead of them and learn right along with them. I am so grateful for God's word! We want to grow and nurture a love for it in our children's lives. We lead by example and that in and of itself is convicting. May we all stay dependent on our Lord God and not take the freedoms we have for granted!
